You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is damaged, leaking, or expired at the time of delivery.
• You received the wrong product or a different quantity than ordered.
• The product is defective or does not match the description provided on our website.

Note: Returns or replacements are not accepted for products that are opened, used, or not in original packaging unless they are defective.

2. Timeframe to Request Return/Replacement

All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

2. Share clear photos of the product showing the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect product, etc.).
3. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.

4. Return Pickup and Shipping

• We will arrange a pickup for the return wherever possible.
• In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping charges will be reimbursed as per our policy.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refund or Replacement Timeline

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days, or a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Opened or used crop protection chemicals.
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging due to customer handling.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. For cancellation, please contact us at the earliest.
