Description

Council Activ operates through a dual mode of action:

• Triafamone: Absorbed by weed leaves and roots, it is metabolized into an intermediate form that inhibits the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, crucial for amino acid synthesis in weeds.

• Ethoxysulfuron: Primarily taken up by weed leaves, it translocates within the plant and also inhibits the ALS enzyme, leading to effective weed control.

This combination ensures comprehensive control of various weed species while maintaining crop safety.
