Corteva Goal is a selective herbicide containing 23.5% Oxyfluorfen, designed for effective pre- and post-emergence control of broadleaf weeds and grasses in crops. It works by disrupting weed cell membranes, providing fast and long-lasting weed management to protect and improve crop yield.
Availability: In Stock
Goal Herbicide functions by inhibiting the enzyme protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), leading to the destruction of cell membranes in weeds. This action results in rapid desiccation and necrosis of the target weeds.
Application Timing: Pre-emergence and post-emergence (up to the 4-leaf stage of weeds)
Dosage: Typically applied at 200–300 ml per acre, depending on weed density and growth stage
Method: Foliar spray using ground equipment
Water Volume: Apply in a minimum of 100 liters of water per acre for uniform coverage
Toxicity: Low acute toxicity to humans; however, prolonged exposure may cause skin dryness or irritation.
Environmental Impact: Very toxic to aquatic organisms; avoid contamination of water bodies.
Personal Protective Equipment: Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection during handling and application.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
