Indofil Rimon is an insecticide formulated as an Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC), containing Novaluron 10% as its active ingredient. Novaluron is a benzoyl phenyl urea compound that functions as an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR), primarily affecting the larval stages of insects by inhibiting chitin synthesis. This disruption in chitin formation leads to abnormal molting and eventually causes larval death.
