Mode of Action

• Disrupts insect nerve signals by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, leading to paralysis and death .

• Shows ovicidal, larvicidal, and translaminar activity, controlling pests on both upper and lower leaf surfaces.

Target Pests & Crops

Pests:

• Bollworms, caterpillars

• Aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips

• Mites, mealy bugs, beetles, leafhoppers

Crops:

• Cotton: Bollworms (dose: 1.5–2 L/ha or 600–800 mL per acre); for sucking pests: 1 L/ha or 400 mL/acre .

• Soybean: For semilooper and girdle beetle: ~1 L/ha or 400 mL/acre .

• Also used in rice, coffee, and various other field & horticultural crops .

Application Guidelines

• Format: Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC); available in 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 5 L .

• Method: Foliar spray via high- or low-volume equipment. Ensure good mixing, spray against wind, full coverage.

• Spray interval: 10–15 days between applications .

Safety & Precautions

• Classified as GHS toxicity category 4 (caution). Highly toxic, with poison symbol.

• Wear proper protective equipment (goggles, gloves, coveralls). Avoid inhalation/ingestion; do not eat/smoke during application. Wash bodies after use. .

• Recommended antidotes: Atropine Sulphate and 2‑PAM in case of poisoning .
